Just a few things, before you start...

• Please read my FAQ section, to make sure your booking experience and the process goes as smoothly as possible for both of us. 

• I book roughly 1 month in advance.

• I require a deposit of £50 or £100 to secure your appointment, so be prepared to pay this within 24h. T&C here.

• For multiple tattoos, submit one form. For multiple people, submit one form per person, but let me know you want to book together.

• Check out my work before submitting, I'll only accept requests if the style suits my work. However, I'll always get back to you. 

• Submitting this form, doesn't mean you're booked in, it just sends the request to me and I will get back to you with any questions and the final information.

• I shouldn't have to say this, but I tattoo all body types and skin tones! 💛
